My office is located in midtown Anchorage close to UAA. When traveling east on 36th from the New Seward Highway (toward the mountains), cross Lake Otis and take the next right (Laurel Street). 4048 Laurel will be on your right just after the Blood Bank. 
 
Parking is always available in front of the building, and there are People Mover bus stops nearby. Biking commuters will find a bike rack on the southeast corner of the building. I'm located on the third floor towards the back of the large waiting room. My office is wheelchair accessible.
